The Seville Condominium is a residential development in Stoneham, Massachusetts, containing 76 apartments in two five-story buildings.

It is located at the corner of Main Street (MA Route 28) and North Street.  The mailing addresses for the buildings are 40 Main Street and 44 Main Street.

Approximately half the units are two-bedroom apartments, and the remainder are one- and three-bedroom units.

The complex was built in 1982.
